A Girl Can Dream...

I would like to have this. I would also like $650 to spend on an apple green drink cart.

Birch is Beautiful

Vases can be a pretty dreadful gift; useless, hard to store, unnecessarily crystal. But not this one. It's modern, fresh, interesting, beautiful, and ultimately a really great gift. Thanks so Meg at Shelterrific for finding it!

What a Softie

If a cashmere sweater is a bit out of your gift-giving price range, why not a cashmere scarf? When you think about it, it's really a better investment of your cashmere dollars: You wear a scarf everyday during the cold winter months, as opposed to the weekly or monthly sweater day and a it's much easier to rub the warm cashmere of a scarf on your cheek than to nuzzle your face into the arm of your sweater. Yeah, getting caught nuzzling your own sweater at work is awkward. Save your loved ones that uncomfortable interaction- go for a cashmere scarf instead. Land's End has some nice ones

Cashmere Cable Scarf $199.50
Lands End has cashmere scarfs for as little as $29.50. But I happen to like this pricey little cable knit number.

On Demand

Hook the Sling Box up to your TV and it'll transmit the signal to a computer of your choice. So? Well, essentially the Sling Box allows you to watch and control your home TV, DVD player, and Tivo from the road. That's right, you can watch all those saved episodes of Grey's Anatomy while you're sitting in the airport or your favorite football team play when you're on a business trip out-of-market. Sling Box truly redefines the meaning of 'On Demand'.

There's a Kind of Hush All Over the World

Car alarms, screaming toddlers, flight delay announcements, screeching subway cars, background TV chatter... They all have a way of ruining a perfectly good song on your iPod, to say nothing of your commute. These noise canceling headphones help to block out the rest of the world so you can rock out in peace.
